Rigid frames are designed to offer an affordable solutions for supporting optical breadboards in general purpose applications without critical requirements of vibration isolation, and suitable for a wide range of breadboard sizes
There are four adjustable legs at the bottom, which can be brought down for achieving stable and rigid support. The breadboard bottom surface rests on four heavy-duty bolts on the top of the support system, which can also be adjusted for levelling. It can also be designed to have four heavy-duty precision castors for moving the table system around the lab whenever required
The levelling pads and feet allow the height to be varied within 30 mm for both compensating the uneven floors and height adjustment.
Rubber pads are attached to adjustable leveller on which an optical breadboard sits. Tray at the lower section of the frame provides room for storage of tools and small item
